Indulgent poetry

JOSHUA QUERIJEROJOSHUA QUERIJERO09-11-20261 min read

I write poetry with the sway of

sentient sentences enraptured in the blissful pleasure—

of coaxing out beauty from a bloody bodily birth.

If only I always wrote with such ease—

similar to a symphony of placid lake frogs. Somehow blending

their mating songs into

anything short of ear

pleasantry.

Nonetheless I still try to.
